Sell on About You straight from your inventory

Agilo publishes your catalog to the About You Seller Center: brands, categories, colors and sizes are mapped automatically to the marketplace dictionaries, per-country prices come from your price list, and orders arrive ready to ship, with the return label About You contractually requires.

Dictionary mapping handled by AI

About You only accepts values from its own dictionaries: every brand, category, color and size must match a precise code. Agilo compares your data against your account's dictionaries, resolves exact matches directly and uses AI for ambiguous ones. Mappings are stored and reused, and an uncertain value is never forced.

Batch sync with per-item results

The About You API works in asynchronous batches. Agilo sends products in chunks, waits for the results and shows you, item by item, whether publication succeeded or why it was rejected, so you only fix what needs fixing.

Shipping with the return label included

About You requires a return label in every parcel: without a return tracking number the shipment is rejected. From Agilo's fulfillment panel you enter the return tracking manually or, with DHL eConnect connected, the return label is generated automatically along with the outbound one.

Stock and prices per country

Stock levels flow to About You on every inventory update and prices follow the channel price list for each country you sell in. Everything can be tested in the sandbox before going live.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to sell on About You with Agilo?
A seller account on partner.aboutyou.com with an API key. You connect it from Agilo's Integrations page, pick your sales countries and run the first sync. About You also provides a sandbox for testing.
How does the mandatory return label work?
The About You API rejects a shipment without a return tracking number. In Agilo you enter it manually or generate it automatically with DHL eConnect: the return label PDF downloads next to the outbound label and goes inside the parcel.
What happens when About You rejects a product?
Batch results are read item by item: rejected products show up in Agilo with the reason returned by the marketplace, such as a missing attribute, so you can fix and resync only those.
