These terms govern your use of Agilo (agilo.app). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Agilo on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind it to these terms.
The service
Agilo is an inventory management platform for fashion businesses. The service reads supplier documents with the help of artificial intelligence, builds a product catalog with variants and EANs, manages loads and stock, and syncs catalogs, prices and orders with connected sales channels (for example Shopify and the About You marketplace).
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity performed with your account. Accounts are business accounts: the data you upload is isolated from other customers.
Pricing and payment
The standard plan costs €250 per month plus VAT, includes up to 3 sales channels and unlimited AI document processing, and renews monthly. You can cancel at any time: the service stays active until the end of the paid period. Creating an account and trying document processing is free; payment is required to activate sales channels. Terms for more than 3 channels or custom integrations are agreed separately (Enterprise plan).
Use of artificial intelligence
Data extraction from documents is automated and has a margin of error. Agilo always shows you the result for confirmation before data enters your inventory: you are responsible for verifying extracted data (quantities, prices, EANs) before confirming it or publishing it to sales channels.
Third-party channels and marketplaces
Connected channels (Shopify, About You and others) remain governed by their own terms and commissions, which stay your responsibility. Agilo is not liable for marketplace decisions such as account suspensions, product rejections or commission changes.
Your data
The data you upload (documents, catalog, prices, orders) remains yours. You grant us only the technical license needed to provide the service. When you close your account you can request an export of your data; after closure we delete it as described in the privacy policy.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service is under active development: features may be added or changed. If a change substantially reduces what you pay for, we will notify you in advance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Agilo's total liability for damages arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event. Agilo is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss caused by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Acceptable use
You may not use Agilo for unlawful activities, attempt to access other customers' data, resell the service without a written agreement, or deliberately overload the infrastructure (including the public demo, which has daily limits).
Termination and suspension
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice unless the violation requires immediate action.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes go to the consumer's court where applicable, otherwise to the court of the service operator's registered seat.
