DHL labels, outbound and return, from the order
With DHL eConnect connected, Agilo generates the shipping label straight from the order: a print-ready PDF, tracking saved on the order and, when needed, the return label created in the same step. It is the broker that makes About You's mandatory return label automatic.
A label in one step
From the fulfillment panel you pick DHL, confirm parcel and addresses, and get the PDF label with its tracking number. The tracking is also pushed to the sales channel, so the customer receives the shipping notification.
Return labels with Parcel Return Connect
If your DHL contract includes a return product, Agilo generates the return label together with the outbound one: the customer as sender, your shop as recipient. The PDF downloads from the order and goes printed inside the parcel.
Guided setup and sandbox
You need the API credentials of your DHL eCommerce Europe account: client ID, secret and customer ID. You can configure sender address, default parcel and return product, and test everything in the sandbox environment before going to production.

- Yes. With the return product enabled on your contract, the return label is created automatically during fulfillment: sender and recipient inverted, PDF downloadable next to the outbound label. For About You it is the fastest way to meet the contractual requirement.

- Yes, the integration supports DHL's sandbox environment: connect test credentials, generate trial labels and verify your customer ID configuration before switching to production.
