Poste Delivery Business labels from the order
With Poste Delivery Business API credentials, Agilo creates the waybill from the order: a printable PDF, tracking stored on the order, and a return label when the contract allows it. You do not open MyPosteDeliveryBusiness for every shipment.
Waybill in one step
From the fulfillment panel pick Poste Italiane, confirm parcel and addresses, and get the waybill PDF. Tracking is sent back to the sales channel so the customer gets the shipping notice.
Express, Standard and international
When you connect, pick the product on your contract: Delivery Business Express or Standard in Italy, or Express, Standard and Plus abroad. Agilo maps addresses and dimensions to the format Poste's API expects.
Return labels
If the contract includes a return product, Agilo can create the return waybill with the outbound one: customer as sender, shop as recipient. The PDF downloads from the order and goes in the parcel.

- What do I need to connect Poste Italiane to Agilo?
- Poste Delivery Business API credentials: Client ID, Secret ID, OAuth scope and cost-center code. Your Poste commercial contact issues them when webservices are enabled on the contract. Portal login alone is not enough.
- Does Agilo also create the return label?
- Yes, if a return product is active on the contract. During fulfillment Agilo swaps sender and recipient and creates a second PDF next to the outbound label.
- Can I try the integration without shipping for real?
- Yes. Poste provides a test environment (kindergarden). Connect the test credentials, create trial waybills and check the cost center before switching to production.
