Connect Spartoo to your inventory, starting read-only

Agilo connects your Spartoo account using only its partenaire code. Spartoo has no documented sandbox, so every connection starts read-only: Agilo imports the existing catalog, checks stock and prices for France and Italy, and collects orders and returns. Writes stay blocked until the audit has no unresolved issues and the handover from the previous inventory system is complete.

A real audit before the handover

The first sync does not change Spartoo. Agilo matches existing listings by SKU and EAN, preserves their French and Italian names and descriptions, and builds the XML it would send. Differences and missing data remain visible until you confirm them.

One stock figure, separate country prices

Spartoo uses global stock across France and Italy while prices can differ by market. Agilo mirrors that model with one quantity per variant and a separate price list for each country. Once activated, it sends changed values only and observes the marketplace update intervals.

Orders and returns stay deliberate

Pending orders enter Agilo and require a manual decision by default. Before acceptance, Agilo reads the order from Spartoo again and checks every line, match, and stock level. Returns are also refreshed before acceptance or refusal, and accepted items go through inspection.

Shipping and tracking from the order

After accepting an order, you can buy a label through a connected broker and send its tracking and shipment status to Spartoo. Delivery documents stay disabled until Spartoo confirms the HTTPS endpoint; Agilo will not use the HTTP one. The first version supports one parcel per order.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to connect Spartoo to Agilo?
The partenaire code assigned to your Spartoo account. Agilo neither asks for nor stores your merchant-portal email and password. Verification makes only a future-dated order read for each selected country.
Can I test the integration in a Spartoo sandbox?
Spartoo does not document a sandbox for these webservices. Every new Agilo connection therefore begins in shadow mode: it reads data and prepares updates without sending them. Live activation requires a completed audit and explicit confirmation.
Can Agilo run beside another system that writes to Spartoo?
Not in live mode. Two systems updating catalog, stock, or orders can overwrite each other. The cutover stops writes in the previous system, takes one final read baseline, and activates Agilo with a controlled order.

Audit your Spartoo account without changing it
