Before buying you see the services available for that shipment with the prices of your spedisci.online account. Pick carrier and service, and the label arrives as a PDF with tracking already linked to the order.
Cash on delivery included
For cash-on-delivery orders Agilo passes the amount to collect to the carrier along with the shipment. The amount comes from the sales channel order and never needs manual re-entry.
Tracking and label cancellation
The tracking number is pushed to the sales channel for the customer notification. A label bought by mistake can be cancelled from Agilo, and the document is removed from the order.

- Can I cancel a label bought by mistake?
- Yes, the integration supports cancellation: the shipment is voided on spedisci.online and the label removed from the order in Agilo, so you can buy it again with the correct data.
